I am obsessed with kale lately. I am eating insane amounts of it. I keep putting it in everything. I made kale and kielbasa soup, I stir-fried it with some onion and garlic, I just throw it into those rice packets right before they are done cooking, I put some in a salad with some nice vinegarette. And baked kale is so good too! Just throw it in the oven with a little oil and salt on it, nom.
I am convinced that if such a thing as Vitamin K dependency existed, it would apply to me.
